Wednesday, June 22 - 09:00 - 13:45 General Delic spends most of the day discussing the terrorist activities of the KLA and how the Yugoslav Army showed restraint given the KLA’s actions.  He recounts the events of April 23, 1998, when nineteen members of the KLA were killed by Yugoslav border guards, citing self-defense as the reason for their shooting.

Tuesday, June 21 - 09:00 - 13:45 Dragan Jasovic, a policeman who investigated the KLA, completes his re-examination.  He discusses the KLA corpses found in Racak in January 1999.  After his testimony is complete, General Bozidar Delic, commander of the 549th Motorized Brigade for the Army of Yugoslavia takes the stand.  He discusses the formation and primary goals of the KLA and NATO’s war plans.  He will continue his testimony on the twenty-second of June. / transcript

Monday, June 20 - 09:00 - 13:45 Milosevic begins his re-examination of Dragan Jasovic.  Most of the day is spent discussing the disparity between statements that Jasovic claims to have received, and those the persecution collected regarding the January 15, 1999 incident in Racak in which the KLA opened fire on Serbian police.  Jasovic claims the Albanians who he took statements from are denying what they said because they are in danger. / transcript

Wednesday, June 8 - 09:00 - 13:45 The re-examination of Serbia’s former Assistant Interior Minister, Obrad Stevanovic, continues.  Milosevic reads Stevanovic’s notebook out loud in hopes of proving that there was no genocidal conspiracy.  They also discuss the army group the Skorpians and the dispute over who they worked under. / transcript

Tuesday, June 7 - 09:00 - 13:45 Stevanovic’s cross-examination is completed.  He speaks of the Skorpians and their relation to the Serbian MUP.  Also discussed are the bodies found in Izbica.  The last portion of the day was spent analyzing Stevanovic’s notebook. / transcript

Monday, June 6 - 09:00 - 13:45 Stevanovic continues his testimony.  He discusses the executions that the Skorpians carried out.  He is also questioned about the bodies found in Izbica.  He believes that the bodies were reburied after Serbia had performed autopsies and issued death certificates, and therefore, the purpose was to incriminate Serbia. / transcript

Thursday, June 2 - 09:00 - 13:45 Stevanovic enters his tenth day of testimony.  Stevanovic is questioned about the events at Dubrava Prison on May 22 1999, when an MUP special unit arrived and prisoners were evacuated.  The prosecutor reads out of Stevanovic’s notebook and discusses the meaning of his notes. / transcript
